A few weeks ago I came home to a wet basement once again, so I called the contractor that supposedly fixed the problem over a year ago. They were unable to find any problems.A friend of mine recommended that I call consumers choice, they since have repaired the problem and pointed out to me where the other contractor failed. My basement is now dry and my kids are happy to have there play room back. I would like to thank the guys for their hard work and I would recommend them to any one. I will be calling them back in spring to put my new roof on.

I called Tim from Consumers Choice at 7am with my problem, He came out cleared my main drain, put a camera through it, showed me everything , and was done by a lil after 1pm. Tim was very thorough, explained everything to me,and even in the -10 cold he endured maintained a very pleasant demeaner. although I new my problem was probably roots, he identified a few issues I didn't know about, and explained my options, without "pushing his serivces" on me. Overall I was very happy with the service Consumers Choice provided and I would recommend them to people who are looking for a pro who will explain things like they have known you for years.
