Friends of the Animals (FOTA) is run entirely by dedicated volunteers.

This organization was originally started in San Jose Del Cabo, Baja Mexico by Theresa Jensen and her husband Helge Jensen. After having resided in Mexico for several years, Theresa and Helge returned to BC and found like minded people who joined forces to establish FOTA as it is today.

This organization depends entirely on financial donations. FOTA is a Registered Charity and your generous donations are tax deductible so PLEASE DONATE GENEROUSLY!

All donations received are used for the rehabilitation, care, and re-homing of the animals.
