Description:
Ornery ol' duffer 80-year-old Jake, a Canadian World War II veteran, reluctantly returns to Normandy, France for the 60th Anniversary of D-Day to find the grave of his brother. While roaming the beach Jake meets Isabelle, a precocious 10-year-old from the local village whose inquisitive nature and charm challenge the old soldier to confront some long ignored ghosts. At its heart Jake's Gift, a comedy-drama, celebrates the healing power of friendship and the legacy of remembrance.
